Two and a Half Year Old Speaks Long Unintelligible Sentences

Grandchild 2-1/2 speaks long sentences and questions but are almost totally not understandable.

But she can say bye daddy or say eat when hungry and bunny when looking for her bunny pillow. She mostly avoid easy words and spouts these long intelligible sentences with much excitement.

Is she developing normally?
