Tongue Thrust

I just started to work in the schools fulltime after many years with adults, and contract work school and preschool work.

I now have a large caseload at an elementary school, about 50 kids and more coming!

I love it but .....

I have several kids with lateral and frontal lisps so goals are for /s/ and /z/, at least one of these kids I suspect tongue thrust and he is in 4th grade.

Any ideas what I can do to help him?

I would love to exit some of these lisp kids, especially with them getting older 4th and 5th graders.
