TH SOUND

Hi,

My son has an overbite and has difficulty making many sounds, like S (lisp) and TH. TH is pronounced as either D or F, depending on the word. After following tips online, he says the TH sound and it sound like Z. How can I help guide him to make the correct sound? Thank you.
