TACL-4 or TEXL? Help?

Have you seen or tried the new assessments TACL-4 or TEXL? I am looking for an assessment that is fairly updated and can use with 3-6 year-olds

Would CELF-5 and TACL-4 provide same results (information) ?

I have not tried either but you can try the CELF-5 or the OWLS Second Edition.
