Speech Maturity

Hi my son diagnosed with speech delay and sensory problems has started speech and can say meaningful sentences of 3-4 words and he is 3.7 yrs now.

But he limits his communication to his needs and what he knows.

But I see kids of his age talking a lot like I have a ball like that in my house but my son has never said such things. Will such things come on it's own.

Will he ever be able to chat away like his peers? I badly want him to.
