Speech language screener

Is there an option to download the speech-language screener? If not, is the screener available as an iPad app?

Where are the screeners?

Hi Hollie, I love the website!! However, I can't find the screeners on the website to be able to print and use. Please help! :)

Also, I am an SLP in the schools and I have a 4 year old little boy whom I just evaluated. He is demonstrating Initial Cons Deletion and Backing...both common of severe phonological disorders!!

I am only able to provide him with a 1/2 hour session per week...I definitely should refer him to an outpatient clinic, as well, right?!?!

Makes me really sad that he is 4 and never had any intervention :( I would appreciate any feedback.

Screeners

It is probably a silly question and and easier answer that I must have overlooked. I can't seem to locate much less access the screeners. Help?

Amber,

Sorry for the trouble. The 3rd party sign up form system we use is down, that is why you are unable to see it.

If you look on the page it should be in the white space to the right of the video, but as you mentioned...it currently is not.

Please know that we have contacted our provider and are waiting on them to get their system back up and running.

At this point all I can say is to keep trying back. I don't suspect that it will take more than 24 hours, they are usually pretty prompt at fixing issues like this.

Screenings

Are the screenings still available?

All I see is the video and then information about how to use the screening. I read the FAQ's where you said we need to fill out a contact form, but I don't see a contact form on that page.

Is it located somewhere else?

Please fill out our contact form with your name and email I and will provide you with access to the screeners.

For the future, if you use the screeners often, it may help to bookmark the page or save the email somewhere. Just a suggestion.

Unable to access the screeners

Hello! I love your site, it has helped me tremendously.

I'm unable to access your screeners. I have used them before. Once I enter my name and email address I get a message that says " You're already subscribed"

Sorry I'm not sure how to proceed. I have been working with my child and wanted to take the tests again.

Screener Question

Christine,

You must first provide your name and email address before you will receive access to the screeners.

Simply type in your email address you will receive a confirmation email. There will be a link within that email that asks you to confirm the email address.

Once you confirm your email address you will receive an email with access to the screeners.

screeners, too

Hello!

Just like martha, I am having trouble accessing the screeners.

I downloaded Mozilla Firefox since I am using Google Chrome. When that didn't unlock the problem, I also downloaded the latest adobe flash player.

It still did not work. The only things showing on the page were basically the intro video, and the sign in box.

What should I do?
