Need Scores for KSPT

Hi,

I gave the KSPT to a child and when I attempted to score I realized my manual is missing. So here are the raw scores for a 66 mos child if any of you look up these scores:

oral movement - raw score 4
Simple level - raw score 10

Also, if any of you have ideas how I can word in my report the severity of apraxia that this child demonstrates I would appreciate it.

I have several ideas for treatment, however my report writing skills conveying the severity of this child is less than par. Thank you.
