Need help and answers for my son

My son is now 10 years old and is truly struggling in school with his language subjects because of his speech problems. He struggles to talk like kids his age though his younger brother can speak perfectly.

He can read great but can hardly form a real sentence. This causes him to struggle to write sentences as well. We searched for answers and went to doctors and speech therapy and so on with no real diagnosis to explain why my son is suffering so much.

We went from ADD to ADHD in 2 years but even with the medication not much improvement. What can we do to help him are there specialists that deal with stuff like this? Please help.
