My 17 month old wont talk

My child is 17 months and can run jump kick a ball ride a bike put her shoes on and is really good when it comes to understanding things I ask her or tell her to do. But she won't talk. She won't even say yes or no but will nod her head up an down to show me yes and side to side to show me no. She is really smart is every way other then the fact she will only say mum an dad.
