Mumbling

My 13 year old son says some sentences not clearly. The other person talking to him has to listen carefully to understand him, and sometimes people don't understand what he is saying at all.

He started his speech therapy at the age of 6 then I stopped his therapy. Then after a 3 year break, I started his speech therapy again. I stopped again at the age of 11 because I felt that there was no further need of speech therapy.

So my question is does he need speech therapy?
