I'm 46 years old and I never had a problem with lisping and there are a few other letters I'm having a problem with as well

I'm 46 years old, and for the past year to year an a half I've been having a problem articulating words, sometimes I lisp suddenly, and often I have problems pronouncing certain letters. I am bilingual and the letters I have a problem with are in Arabic. I never had a problem before though, I have had two MRI'S and both times nothing showed up , so I don't know why I am having these issues all of a sudden. The lisping happens whether I'm speaking English or Arabic, and I am completely fluent in both. Though my Arabic has never been very good, it's actually pretty choppy but I still speak and understand it well, and English is my first language, I've never had a problem with that.
