Gibberish inarticulate speech

My son is 3 years and 2 months and he still talks a lots of gibberish speech, he talks long speeches of gibberish and there will be one or 2 real proper clear words. He cannot answer where, what, why questions and doesn’t ask why for anything his communication with me is very limited to wants, never about his day in school or What he did in school. Or even reporting about the day we have together I am concerned he might have some language delays. Please advice.
