Expressive and Receptive Speech and Language Apps for Hearing Impaired Child

Which app can you recommend for me for a moderately hearing impaired 3.5 year old boy who (besides speech and auditory verbal therapy) needs practice apps for "fronting", final consonant deletion, sound discrimination (t,d,p,b,k,g, m,n,s,z) and following 2-3 part instructions?

We need it all! :)
