Cant pronounce some words...Starting trouble

I'm 18 years old and my name is Adithya. I cant pronounce some words.

For example, in some cases, instead of pronouncing "Adithya" I pronounce "Aaaadithya". I can pronounce some words easily. But then I have difficulties with some letters like A,M,D....

Please help me out. I need to achieve something greater in my life and I don't want these problems to stop me from my goals.
