Can't pin down if I have speech problem

I've found that I often have a problem pronouncing the "c" sound in words like "Cookie" and the front part of "x". When I speak these, it feels like my tongue is hitting the roof of my mouth in an abnormal way.

I cannot find a proper diagnosis. I'm wondering if you could help me pin it down, and if this can be corrected. Thank you.
