best auditory therapy for 3 yo who doesn't speek

I need therapy for my son. Basically, he's not saying anything unless he really needs to, and all he can say is just some single words.
Our doctor strongly recommend to consider sensory therapy for him. We did some reading, like http://www.sensory-therapies.com/ and I'm thinking about ILS, TLP and "Play attention". Please, give me some feedback.
