3.7 yr old son shouts a lot for fun and utters stupid random words that have no meaning

My son is 3.7 yr old. He is hyperactive, sleeps around 2 am or more. All my efforts to make him sleep are in vain. He always make sounds wbich i do t get it but i know its his excitement. He knows some line of his own purpose and he always speaks those in not so clear way. I m really worried about his such behaviour..tell me is there any problem with him. His memory is sharp. Earlier He remembered english vocabulary hindi vocabulary some rhymes even . But now he is forgetting and always shouting weirdly and making senseless voces and faces. What should i do?
