14 years old child TBI quadriplegic

Please I need your input regarding my student I'm working with. He is quadriplegic, tube fed, no voluntary movements, non verbal, and tracheotomy.

He only can use his eyes however it is not clear his cognitive level. I was trying tobii dynavox eye gaze device. I also contacted the prompt institute if I can use it with him in addition to the oral motor.

He is not able to produce any sound.
I hope you can help me with some other techniques.
