The Khan-Lewis Phonological Analysis-Third Edition (KLPA-3) is designed to determine whether or not XXX’s use of phonological process usage is contributing to a speech sound disorder.  The percent of occurrence scores indicate how frequent the process is used by XXX to simplify the speech process.   XXX demonstrated a significantly high occurrence of the following processes:      .  XXX’s use of these patterns significantly impact XXX’s overall ability to be understood in single words and connected speech.
