The Diagnostic Evaluation of Articulation and Phonology’s (DEAP) - Oro-motor Assessment was administered, on DATE, to screen NAME’s oral motor skills. NAME achieved the following scores were 10 is average and the average range is 10+/-3 i.e. 7-13:

Diadochokinetic Standard score: 

This subtest examines a child’s ability to repeat accurately a series of rapid, alternating sounds.  

Isolated Movements Standard score:

This subtest examines a child’s ability to accurately produce various lip and tongue movements.

Sequenced Movements Standard score: 

This subtest examines a child’s ability to accurately produce a sequence of oro-motor movements.
