The Children’s Communication Checklist-2 (CCC2) was completed on DATE by XX’s mother/father/guardian.  This questionnaire looks at several aspects of communication namely speech, fluency, grammar and social use of language.  

XX’s mother/father/guardian identified that XX has some mild/moderate/severe difficulties, occurring at least once a week but not everyday with:

XX’s scores on the CCC2 do not indicate significant social interaction skills deficits or communication deficits as scored (General Communication Composite score of 67 with Social Interaction Deviance Composite of 10) although it should be noted that there were many mild concerns across a number of areas of communication.
